The study aims to evaluate the quality of education at SMK XYZ based on education report card data and accreditation guidelines, map quality indicators into the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspective and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) criteria, and develop quality improvement strategies and KPI dashboards based on BSC- EFQM integration. A sequential explanatory mixed methods approach was usedthrough gap analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Quantitative data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire from 31 certified teachers selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 45 teachers, while qualitative data were obtained through document analysis of the school’s education report card and budget planning records (RKAS) to deepen the interpretation of the results. The research instrument consisted of 35 items of BSC-EFQM integration with high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,986). The results showed a high gaps the aspects of finance and efficiency (gap 1.97), parent and community satisfaction (1.94), and quality strategy and planning (1.84). The KPI dashboard was successfully designed as a tool for monitoring improvement priorities. This model provides practical contributions to measurable and sustainable quality improvement in vocational schools.
